The Reinventing Space conference is organised by the secretariat team of the British Interplanetary Society, together with a team of volunteers and experts.
- Elizabeth Anderson, BIS CEO, holds overall responsibility for the organisation of the Conference and Exhibition, as well as our Gala Dinner.
- Stuart Eves, Programme Committee Chair, co-ordinates the Committee responsible assessing the submissions and ensuring a strong programme of peer-reviewed presentations.

- Alistair Scott, BIS Council Member, leads the Sir Arthur Clarke Awards nominations, co-ordinating the Judges.
