Technical Committee Recruitment

The Technical Committee is the group within the society responsible for initiating new projects and helping to assist others to bring their ideas from imagination to reality. As can be seen from the above list, we have facilitated a number of inspirational and visionary projects throughout the society’s history. A number of projects are active today, and we are also looking to help start up new projects over the next year. If you would like to get involved in the BIS technical project activities then we welcome your participation. We are specifically looking for:

  • Members to get involved with technical work.
  • Assistance with the administration.
  • New projects and/or ideas from members, that would like to have their project listed as an official BIS project.
  • Collaborations with other societies or organisations which have mutual benefit.

The only requirement for participating, is that you become a member of the British Interplanetary Society. We dare you to become a visionary, join us now, and help to “Engineer the Future”. If you would like to get involved, then please contact us here, sending us details about yourself, your interest and how you wish to participate in our exciting activities.

Be sociable; support the BIS!
