BIS at Space-Comm Expo 7-9 September 2022

Space-Comm Expo is the UK’s largest exhibition focused on the commercial future of space for business, defence & aerospace. Held on 7-8 September 2022 at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre,  it showcases the manufacturing supply chain for products, services and solutions supplying commercial enterprises and developments in space.

Space-Comm Expo brings together the entire sector for two days of business and networking, providing an opportunity for industry to connect face to face. It is supported, and in partnership with the key industry associations and influential bodies.

With the UK contributing 6.5% of the global space market and ambitions to grow this to 10% by 2030, this exciting exhibition and free-to-attend conference is where the industry meets, learns, networks and does business.

The BIS are pleased to announce our support at Space-Comm Expo once again this year through a partnership agreement and having a presence in the exhibition – Come and visit us at the event on STAND C28 to meet the BIS team, find out how you can get involved with the BIS and have the chance to test your skills using our International Space Station docking simulator.

Attendance to Space-Comm Expo is free. To register for your place or for more information, visit https://www.space-comm.co.uk/

Brought to the industry by leading organisers Hub Exhibitions, in partnership with the aerospace events experts at Farnborough International, Space-Comm Expo is the only UK-based exhibition dedicated to showcasing and sharing insight on the commercial future of space for business, defence and aerospace. Space-Comm Expo features a world-class speaker programme of over 90 space experts and Government officials across three themed theatres, an exhibition of over 100 industry-leading organisations and the opportunity to take part in 1-2-1 meetings with key suppliers and partners.

Building on the resounding success from the 2021 event, which saw 1,000 delegates per day attend under COVID-19 Government guidelines, Space-Comm Expo will demonstrate the technologies, partners and policy required and showcase the manufacturing supply chain for products, services and solutions available to support commercial enterprises and developments in space. Positioned at the forefront of the space industry, Space-Comm Expo is supported by ADS, KTN, UK Space Agency, ESA and UK Space.

A new staple in the space industry calendar, Space-Comm Expo 2022 is already 40% larger than the 2021 launch, with aerospace leaders and technology providers, including Airbus, BAE Systems, CGI, In-Space Missions, Kayhan Space, Rolls-Royce, Raytheon UK and Space Florida, exhibiting across the two-day event. More than 35% of the businesses exhibiting at the event are international, with 20% of the show floor from the US alone.
