Reinventing Space will take place on 28th to 30th June 2021 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, London, with the Gala Dinner and Sir Arthur Clarke Awards taking place on 29th June 2021.
The 18th conference will focus on the environmental and sustainability issues around space exploration – such as space debris, environmental impact of spaceports, and Earth observation, and also on the opportunity for the space industry to contribute to economic recovery following Covid-19.
World Space Week runs between 4-10 OCT
The BIS is the National Co-ordinating Body for World Space Week.
We support and encourage everyone to create educational opportunities, activities, and events during WSW, but we are specifically here to support and coordinate events in the United Kingdom.
WSW is an annual celebration of the peaceful uses of space for the benefit of humankind.
Arthur C. Clarke House is the home of the British Interplanetary Society, the oldest continuously operating space society in the world.
Situated on the South Lambeth Road, Vauxhall; the building is less than a five minute walk from Vauxhall Mainline and London Underground Stations, close to Vauxhall Park, and the River Thames. The building has guest Wi-Fi throughout.
