A group where space enthusiasts and professionals across the South East come together to engage, inspire, learn, and create opportunities and solutions.
We formed in August 2021 to run space events in the South East, capturing the excitement of space exploration and linking to the thriving space economy of the region. The South East Region includes Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent. It’s a region that includes some of the UK’s most exciting space developments like the Harwell space cluster, Westcott propulsion development centre, Reaction Engines, SSTL at Guildford, Airbus DS at Portsmouth and many more.
Our initial bases are at Harwell and Gatwick, so look out for events at those and other locations. Due to the size of the region, and interest from the rest of the world, we’ll aim for hybrid events for the in-person experience if you are nearby and online access if you are not.
