The next meetings of the BIS ‘Science Fiction’, ‘Future Propulsion’, and ‘Space Law and Space History’ virtual groups will take place by means of dedicated breakout rooms during the BIS Monthly Online Social on Thursday 11th June at 19:00 BST. A ‘Human Spaceflight’ breakout room will also be opened, as this new room has proved popular, with much interesting discussion. Other rooms may also be opened by request at the time.

In addition, expressions of interest are invited about other possible new virtual special interest branches and groups, such as Space Art and Culture, Practical Projects, Interstellar Studies, a Wales/Bristol branch and Lunar Studies. (In particular, there are ongoing discussions on a possible Bristol/Bath branch, if interested please do attend and let us know.)

This is an opportunity to pursue your particular interest in an informal manner – so join us online on Thursday the 11th, when we could open a new breakout room for you!
