Speaker: Christina Macleod

Christina Macleod is the founder and chair of Women in Space, Scotland. On Saturday she will be discussing the objectives of women in space Scotland, her experiences in the space industry, and her job as the Business Development and Marketing Officer.

Bio

Christina graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Edinburgh. Her aim for the first Edinburgh Women in Space conference was to show young women across Scotland and beyond the breadth of opportunities in the space industry, and feature some innovative companies.

Christina was heavily involved with Endeavor, the University of Edinburgh’s rocketry team, The SpaceCareers.uk team at UK Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (UKSEDS), and the Edinburgh Women in STEM Society.
